Due to fundamental changes across all of scribing, prices are significantly down for almost every item. Next to the cost of each item, I've left the price from ten weeks ago for comparison. In the long-term, it may be interesting to look back at how much things once were. In the short-term, this list should be useful as an approximate price guide. Do not buy basic decorations from the scribe trainer if your guild already has the Decoration Merchant upgrades! However, if you have the Decorations Merchant upgrades, you can buy basic decorations for 24 silver at the Decorations Merchant instead.
This list presumes that you have an undeveloped guild and are buying basic decorations at 50 silver each from the scribe trainer. To check the prices of crafted decorations for yourself, click on the item link in this list and then "Show base ingredients" on the item's wiki page. As with all crafting, these prices are volatile. Today's crafting cost is listed next to each item. Here is a complete list of all of the guild decorations in the guild panel. Tl dr: Decorations are a lot cheaper now!
